Experience mindful, breath-connected movement that gently builds strength and flexibility, ending with a soothing restorative pose or guided meditation.

Meditation Class

Easeful Flow, at Whitespace in Stony Stradford, Thursdays at 19:15

 

A grounding hatha yoga practice combining mindful movement, steady postures and conscious breath. Expect a blend of gentle flow, deeper holds and space to explore how each posture feels within your own body. With an emphasis on strength, mobility and awareness, this class encourages you to move at your own pace, offering options and variations to support your individual practice.

Surrender to Yin, Thursdays at Whitespace, Stony Stradford at 20:15

Close your day with a yummy yin practice that comprises deep release, rest and mindfulness. Surrender to the experience, with passive stretches that target the deep connective tissues of the body and help to improve joint health and mobility.

Pilates Stretches

Foundations of Yoga - 6 week course in September 2026

Over the six weeks, we’ll have the space to break down poses in a way that isn’t always possible in a weekly class. We’ll explore a range of breathwork (pranayama) practices and make thoughtful use of props to support your practice. Each session will also include time for relaxation and meditation, helping you leave feeling refreshed and ready to ease into the weekend.
