I have been practicing yoga for more than 15 years, though my journey began quite simply at a local gym, with a teacher whose passion lit a spark in me. That spark grew, and in 2017 I completed my yoga teacher training, opening the door to a much deeper exploration of the practice. Since then, I’ve continued to expand my knowledge and refine my approach. Between 2018 and today, I have immersed myself in a variety of trainings, including yin yoga, mindfulness, Yoga Nidra, and pranayama, each one adding new layers to how I understand and share yoga.

Over the years, yoga has shown me that it is far more than a physical practice. It is a space to slow down, to quiet the noise, and to reconnect with what is happening beneath the surface. Through movement and stillness, yoga helps me reset, listen more closely to my body, and find clarity in my mind.

As a teacher, my intention is to share that experience with others, to guide my students toward the subtle, transformative benefits that yoga offers, both on and beyond the mat.
